| Due to technological progress, new market demands, competition environment changes and many other factors, the current strategy of C Machine & Electric Company would not be suitable for guiding its future sustainable development, therefore it's necessary to modify and adjust current company strategy. This study attempts to analyze the future development strategy of C Machine & Electric Company with strategy management knowledge and tries to play a certain reference in strategy formulation of C Machine & Electric Company.Firstly, this study collects and summarizes modem management theories including strategy management theory, competitive strategy theory and value chain theory; then it uses various types of strategic management tools to analyze external and internal environments of C company with the comprehensive methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the analyses include:using PEST model to analyze the macro environment of mechanical & electrical equipment industry, using five strength model and market concentration model to analyze industry's market environment, using value chain model to analyze C company's core competence. Bases on these analyses, this study analyzes C company's future development strategy and gives a clear strategic positioning of C company. In the end, the study also proposes six strategic measures to ensure C company smoothly achieves its cooperate strategy goals.The study has certain value for C Machine & Electric Company to map out and carry out its cooperate development strategy, and can be a reference for other domestic Machine & Electric Companies.. |
