During years of development, the mobile network optimization coverage industry is gaining its maturity and the market size is increasingly expanded. However, with the implementation of centralized procurement by the mobile network operators and the intensifying of industry competition, the price war between enterprises is also increasingly intensified. Despite the largest market share it holds, JX Communications Technology Co., Ltd. cannot escape the war due to its pursuit of cost-relying strategy. In this sense, it is particularly important and urgent to map out a more suitable plan for the development of the enterprise and it's the first priority for the management of the enterprise.The thesis first analyzes the general external environment of the enterprise based on the characteristics of Mobile network optimization coverage industry using the tool of PEST in combination of geographical analysis factors, hence the tool of GPEST, and then analyzes the industry environment using a modified analysis tool, the "Four Forces" Model, which is the combination of the "potential trend" concept borrowed from the "Five Forces" Model and the "Cooperator" concept borrowed from the "Six Forces" Model. After that, the thesis makes analysis and evaluation on the internal resources, capacities and core competence of the enterprise and finally outlines a feasible strategy for the JX Company based on the employment of SWOT tool and "Customer integration" strategy in combination with the characteristics of Mobile network optimization coverage industry.
