The Research Of Internet Of Thing Application In Liquor Supply Chain Management

Liquor have long history in China. Along with the development of Liquor, Liquor enterprises are exploring an enterprise development way which is suitable for market's demand. The competition in Liquor market has become increasingly fierce nowadays. Some enterprises have realized the importance of good supply chain management on enterprise development. Supply chain is an increment chain for enterprise. Raw material is activated through it. Raw material can be processed, transported and produced increment part which can bring profits for enterprise. Though supply chain management theory is understood by most Liquor enterprise, the application with it is still far away. In this situation, this paper analyzes the issues which exist in Liquor supply chain. The paper also studies deeply in the optimization of logistics management and anti-fake, trace management based on the internet of thing and RFID technology.Firstly, the study background and objective, significance of Chinese spirit supply chain are introduced. At the same time, study content and method are confirmed. Secondly, the meaning of supply chain and supply chain management is described. Development of Supply chain and Objective of supply chain management are also described. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the structure of liquor supply chain and points its features. Then the contents relate to liquor supply chain management are put forward based on these features. Finally, the issues existed in Chinese liquor supply chain management are summarized. For solving these issues, effective supply chain is introduced for enterprise benefit. The main body of this paper explores and discusses the optimizing function of RFID technology in Liquor supply chain. It mainly focuses on logistics section and anti-fake management section. Logistics section emphases on in storage management and transport. It describes the theory and operation flow of RFID technology in these two sections and puts forward the advantage of Liquor supply chain brought by optimizing. On the other side, Due to more and more serious fake situation, it is pointed that Liquor anti-fake system is weak and anti-fake technology falls behind. Then RFID tag which is applied to Chinese spirit sales section as an anti-fake method is put forward. It analyzes the theory of each module in RFID anti-fake management system and custom operation flow. Finally, it demonstrates the advantage of RFID anti-fake management system based on the contrast to traditional Chinese spirit anti-fake technology.The paper studies logistics and anti-fake sections in Liquor supply chain based on objective attitude. It has academic description and new system's implement, analysis, exploration. So it has referenced meanings for logistics management and anti-fake, trace in Liquor industry.
