With the rapid development of economy and the increasing economic level,increasingly fierce market competition,automobile manufacturing industry is facing a severe,strategic reform.Many automobile manufacturing industry has reformed in full range in resource allocation,market management,production mode and sales and after-sales service,in order to adapt to the fierce competition in the market demand.The core competition focus of contemporary automobile manufacturing industry gradually transformed into the competition between supply chain logistics,intelligent rapid development of networking technology to implement networking for the automotive industry supply logistics provides the technical foundation,can greatly enhance the delivery of the logistics in automobile manufacturingThis paper introduces the current situation in the process of supply chain of Q company,to analyze and optimize the existing problems,mainly from two aspects:the optimization of spare parts supply logistics management and vehicle manufacturing process optimization.Q company automobile logistics supply chain management system is built on the basis of existing information system on the formation mode of control plan,the main the application of radio frequency identification(RFID)technology in the management of spare parts used for real-time monitoring and management of spare parts transportation and production line;vehicle manufacturing management mainly through increasing the production process control and optimize automation equipment.This paper introduces the production situation of Q company,to analyze and optimize the existing problems,mainly from two aspects:the optimization of spare parts supply logistics management and vehicle manufacturing process management.The management of spare parts,mainly the application of radio frequency identification technology(RFID)technology for real-time monitoring and management of spare parts,emergency treatment emergency vehicle manufacturing,...
