Food is the basic human subsistence, agriculture is the human progress and economic and social development.The importance of food in the national economy requires the State in which policy should be given extensive support and help. In 30 years of reform and opening up, China's food development has made remarkable achievements in agricultural production, and capacity has also been significantly improved.However, with the development of productive forces in China and the industrialization and urbanization progresses, the structural contradiction of food supply ensure national food security and realize building a new socialist countryside, China should be going with time, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, strengthening of agriculture support and protection efforts, and we should actively learn from advanced foreign experience in food subsidies, food support and constantly improve our policies for the realization of food security and the dual goals of farmers increase production to contribute.Based on the sort of food subsidy policy, from the perspective of the current food subsidy policy shortcomings, and use the method of comparative foreign policy analysis of food support, learn from advanced experience, China's grain subsidies to make up the deficiency to improve our current system of food subsidy policy recommendations.Specific sections of this paper are as follows: ChapterⅠof the importance of food subsidies discussed, and theoretical analysis, clear efforts to increase the food subsidy policy goals; ChapterⅡof food subsidies from the perspective of its historical evolution of the statement, full of food subsidies and the status of the development process and its economic and social development in China has made contribution; ChapterⅢof the food subsidy policies in developed countries were compared, and find food subsidies in China can learn from the policy to compensate for the lack of food subsidies.ChapterⅣclear of food subsidy policy objectives and principles, based on our analysis of the current food subsidy policy results in developed countries learn from the experience of food subsidies, food subsidies for the improvement of the policy put forward feasible suggestions.
