The Study On Internal Entrepreneurial Motivation Of Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprise And Its Influencing Factors

Entrepreneurial have become an important impetus of the modern economic and social development, to improve the level of business inside enterprise of nations or regional is one important objective of the governments to implement economic policy. Our country is now in the economic transformation, during this period, the business environment is unstable and a high degree of uncertainty.There are two stages in this study. At the first stage,an interview was conducted to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and the influencing factors and then to best the design of the study. In the second stage,160 entrepreneurs of Fujian province were surveyed through questionnaires.The conclusions indicated that:(1)Entrepreneurial motivation can be measured in three key dimensions:grow motivation,independent motivation and security motivation;(2)Entrepreneurial motivation was direct affected by risk propensity of entrepreneurs.The higher the level of risk propensity,the stronger of the independent of the entrepreneur would be;(3)Entrepreneurial motivation was affected by intrapreneurial competency and the sense of self-efficiency.The higher the level of organization's ability or the sense of self-efficiency,the stronger of the gorw motivation of the entrepreneur would be;(4)Entrepreneurial motivation was affected by business environment(such as the government policy,social contrast and the development of the industry).Among them ,the development of the industry will be most important;(5)The development stages of the company has significant interaction impact to entrepreneur motivation.
