Entrepreneurship is a major issue implemented by the state.It is very important to do research on entrepreneurship for college students who are the backbone of the development of the country to promote the development of national entrepreneurship.MBA students are a special group of college students,whose particularity lies in that they are a group of students who have working experience at of least three years.Therefore,the research on MBA students is not only a beneficial exploration for the research on Entrepreneurship of college students,but also an effective supplement to the research on entrepreneurship in China.There are four variables involved in this study.Among them,entrepreneurial intention is the intention that potential entrepreneurs choose to pour their personal capabilities,resources and efforts to obtain more valuable business opportunities.Entrepreneurial education refers to a process in which the initiator adopts a series of means such as participating in entrepreneurial competition to train the participants on their ability so as to internalize their quality and make them be more competitive in future activities.Entrepreneurial ability refers to the ability that entrepreneurs should have to implement entrepreneurial behavior,including the key skills and tacit knowledge that entrepreneurs need to have.Entrepreneurial behavior is the sum of a series of processes that potential entrepreneurs must take in order to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.Based on previous studies,this study proposes the following hypotheses:Entrepreneurial intention has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior,and entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial ability show positive moderator effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior.After analyzing the reliability,validity,difference and regression of 453 valid questionnaires,some useful conclusions are drawn. |
