The rapid development of world economy and technology, the demand for hightech enterprises have become increasingly prominent, for the development of high-tech enterprises to provide a broader space, but also an enormous challenge. The level of development of China’s high-tech enterprises compared with developed countries, there are still a large gap between this, which is high-tech enterprise entrepreneur’s own quality are inextricably linked, a large number of facts show that factors that affect entrepreneurial performance are many, but One of the most critical factor is the entrepreneurial competency factors entrepreneurial team. In this context, this paper for high-tech entrepreneurship relations team competency and entrepreneurial performance were studied, with a better theoretical development and practical significance.In this paper, the research topics, mainly for the following aspects: First, from the definition and characteristics of high-tech enterprises, the four angles Entrepreneurial Competency theory, performance theory entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial team venture Competency Performance and so on relevant topics the theoretical research a literature review and analysis; on this basis, the proposed model assumes that the startup team and the dimension of competence and entrepreneurial performance relationship and the use of questionnaires were collected relevant data, the study proposed hypothesis was tested; and finally, in order to better analyze the various dimensions of entrepreneurial Competency degree of influence on the entrepreneurial team competence, we use questionnaires to obtain evaluation data, using analytic hierarchy process, each dimension of the right to re-analyzed, according to the analysis and conclusions from both the entrepreneurial team and the government proposed to improve the entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance recommendations.In this paper, the research subject, has made some major conclusions of the study several aspects: First, start Competence on Entrepreneurial Performance has significant positive correlation, while the proposed four dimensions of entrepreneurial competence, including basic entrepreneurial capabilities, expertise knowledge, potential ability, personality traits, as well as indicators of the four dimensions of subdivision for Entrepreneurial Competency have a significant positive correlation; secondly, for the four-level entrepreneurial competence dimension index, its order of expertise, basic entrepreneurial ability, potential ability, personality traits, indicating that the high-tech business venture team, in order to improve business performance, you need to focus on improving the technical expertise and entrepreneurial team of basic skills, but also focus on improving skills and personality traits entrepreneurial potential team members; Finally, in order to improve the performance of high-tech entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial team, we need to continue to strengthen the professional knowledge and ability of team members, train marketing capabilities, establish a team of entrepreneurial firm will, and focus on training the accumulation of experience and comprehensive capabilities, and for The Government should strengthen the construction of high-tech entrepreneurship environment, improve service capabilities, and give high-tech entrepreneurship more financial support.
