Allocation Of Financial Resources And Industrial Structure Adjustment Relations

The relationship between the financial resources and industrial structure has been a problem in the economic area. Although many scholars have studied deeply on this issue, they use the different statistical indicators because of the different definitions of financial resource. Considering the fact of the financial resource and industrial strcture among Beijing Tianjin and Hebei areas, this paper adopt more practical method to study their relationship. We wish this study would provide some useful views and method for our economic area.In this paper, we have two points of view to analyze the relationship between the allocation of financial resources and the adjustment of industrial structure. There are five parts, including: First, the paper will discourse the currently available literature and the study on the relationship between allocation of financial resources and the adjustment of industrial structure; Second, based on the comprehensive and consultation of the literature, the paper will discourse briefly about the theory of regional economic and defined the concept of the financial resources again at the same time. Then, it will be determined the direction and the emphasis about the study; Third, analyzing the current situation of financial resources and industurial structure in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in detail; Fourth, if the economic data allows, wewill use econometrics'method to test the relationship between the financial resources and the industurial restructure. The special point in this method is using some targets into Granger Causality test like FIR, FI, Loan/GDP for verifying the relationship among these cities. Finally, in corroding to the results, the study will analyze deeply on the reasons which caused those problems between the two items, and will give som susjections to improve the allocation of financial resources.
