With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the rapid development of the global economy, the competition between organizations is increasingly focused on talent competition and talent-based management and technology competition. At the same time,a large number of 90 after the new generation of staff began to enter the workplace, they not only to the organization to bring talent and vitality, but also to the organization's management has brought great challenges. As a kind of effective human resource management, the enterprise mentor system has entered the field of view of managers and scholars. How to realize the good match between the mentor and the new generation staff has become the first thing that the manager needs to solve in the process of enterprise tutor system. But the domestic research on enterprise tutor system is rare, empirical research is scarce, so how to solve the tutor system practice mentoring matching problem,and the good match between mentoring can effectively improve the new generation of staff job satisfaction,Thus reducing its turnover tendency, worthy of our in-depth study and discussion.Our research is mainly carried out in three stages: the first stage is mainly qualitative research stage. Through the semi-structured interviews with the mentoring of the mentor and the analysis of the interview contents, we constructed the content and structure of the mentoring match under the guidance of the human-environment matching theory. The results showed that the mentoring match included the consistency of the values Personality matching, affinity matching, demand-supply matching and requirement-competency matching. The second stage is the questionnaire preparation stage. Based on the results of qualitative research, we have compiled the questionnaire of teacher and apprentice and forecasted the questionnaire. The exploratory factor analysis of 207 valid predictive questionnaires was carried out. The five-factor structure of mentoring and matching was determined, The teacher of the project matches the questionnaire. The validation factor analysis of the 210 formal questionnaires again validated the structure of the mentoring to match the five factors. In the third stage, the relationship between teacher-teacher matching, job satisfaction and turnover tendency is discussed. The results of correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect detection show that there is significant positive correlation between teacher and apprentice .There is a significant negative impact on the turnover tendency of the Cenozoic employees. Job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on the turnover tendency. Job satisfaction plays a part of mediating between mentoring and separation.
