Discussion On Crisis Management Of Non-Aircraft Emergency Incidents In Civil Airports

This paper takes Yunnan Airport Group CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as YAG) for example, in line with the development tendency of domestic civil airports, to deliberate and analyze the non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports systematically according to the reality of sudden emergency management, and utilizes the crisis management theory to expound strategies and suggestions dealing with non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports.First of all, this paper briefly introduces the theoretical researches, policies and practices of crisis management of non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports.Secondly, the paper analyzes the causes, classification and characteristics of crisis management of non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports, and eatablishes crisis management models of non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports, combining with crisis life-cycle theory to discusse. It focuses on the prevention, monitoring, warning, crisis recognition, disposal, rehabilitation and recovery to elaborate the process of realizing the crisis management model of non-aricraft emergency incidents in civil airports.Finally, this paper analyzes the current situation of the crisis management of non-aricraft emergency incidents in YAG, and discusses feasible countermeasure for crisis management culture, organizational mechanism, crisis event handling, crisis PR and so on. Besides, it also puts forward revelent strategies and suggestions according to the reality of YAG.
