Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Operation Management Of Jining Qufu Airport

In this paper,Jining Qufu Airport Company(hereinafter referred to as the airport company)as the research object,a comprehensive analysis of the airport company's operation and management of the status quo,the use of knowledge of the airport company's operation and management to optimize the strategy to enhance the level of infrastructure in southwest,pulling regional economy It is of great strategic significance to develop and promote the development of tourism resources in Jining.This paper introduces the current situation of operation and management of airport companies from the aspects of operation,safety management system,freight management,management mode and airport income of Jining City and the basic situation of airport construction.And find out the existing problems and advantages in the operation and management of airport companies,and then use SWOT analysis model to put forward the optimization strategy of operation and management.This paper argues that Jining Qufu Airport Company should improve the operation and management of airport companies from increasing hotspot flights,expanding air cargo and mail throughput,improving resource utilization efficiency,strengthening franchise,striving for national policies,optimizing operational processes and improving airport performance management system Level.
