Modular-based Risk Management For Small And Medium Enterprises

Based on the 138 small and medium enterprises and 68 large and medium sized enterprises risk management status of empirical research, analysis of the current risk management in small and medium enterprises the main problems:(a) a weak awareness of risk management; (b) the cost of risk management capacity of more poor; (c) the low level of risk management. And on this basis, to further explore these issues with the strategic risks faced by the enterprises, financial risk, market risk, operational risk and legal risk relationship. The results showed that the main risks faced by SMES in the risk management and its problems in the significant negative correlation between the. In other words, if the SMES problems in risk management can be a reasonable solution, it will undoubtedly reduce the various types of risk, greatly enhance the vitality of enterprises.Problems in the SMES risk management mainly owing to lacking in low-cost, effective risk management tools. From this point of view, this article will propose corresponding countermeasures--risk management models based on the modular, which is the significant innovation of this article. Risk management in SMES is to introduce modularity and the concept of "class", built a modular SME index analysis risk management system and introduce AHP to determine the weight of the analysis of indicators. Undoubtedly, the versatile and economic modular is an effective solution to the SMES risk management problems and to improve the risk management operability of SMES management in practice, and to find a long-term vitality of the road for the majority of SMES. In the last part, this article will point out the inadequacy of this thesis which can provide some reference for future research.Finally, summing up the conclusions of the study, based on this study also pointed out the inadequacy of the hope for future scholars to provide some reference.
