Research On The Innovation Path Of Business Model Of Entrepreneurial Firms

The problem of venture has attracted a lot of attention from many scholars in these years. It became a hotspot among the research of venture, that how to survive in the market competition for an entrepreneurial enterprise. During the recent studies on the development of entrepreneurial enterprises, however, very few of them were made on the direction of business model innovation. Research of entrepreneurial enterprises and the path selection of business model were always independent, and we seldom put them together. However, there are huge differences in enterprise resources, management, way of thinking and development model, which entrepreneurial enterprises compare with mature enterprise. Crisis may break -out, if we just simply apply the business model of mature enterprises to entrepreneurial firms without consider their feature. So the studies started on the relationship between business model innovation and entrepreneurial firms. As a result, I came up with three paths of business model innovation of entrepreneurial firms. Then, these theories were analyzed and tested according to some cases of venture. All these studies can supply some guidance and supports for business model innovation of entrepreneurial firms.Firstly, this paper, through literature study, theoretical analysis and other methods, defined the conceptions of entrepreneurial firms and business models innovation, elaborated the research status of the path selection of enterprises'business model innovation. Then, the Business Model Innovation deconstruction model was established based on the factors which could affect Business Model. Finally, we proposed three innovation paths of entrepreneurial enterprise business model.The results show that entrepreneurial firms and mature firms have four differences in the customer value proposition, resources and capacity. The business model innovation path of entrepreneurial enterprise has three choices.Above all, Entrepreneurial firms should choose their own innovation path of business model considering their core superiority and enterprise characteristics, while whatever innovation path of business model they chosen, only the one which can satisfy customers'requires could make enterprise strong.
