Study On Business Model Innovation Of Entrepreneurial Enterprises

As the economic transformation and the development of science and technology, theentrepreneurial passion of people increasing rapidly, and the influence of theentrepreneurship have long gone beyond the scope of micro-level enterprises, andeconomic growth, the overall national strength, national development strategies, suchas the macro level closer together. Early in1985, Peter F. Drucker in hisbook”Innovation and Entrepreneurship”, a book that: the current economy has begunby the management-based economy to innovation-based economy, and then intoentrepreneurial economy. Thus, entrepreneurship in the future will pay a essential role.Entrepreneurial enterprises is an effective carrier of entrepreneurship, compared withthe mature firms, in terms of management, strategy, resource is quite different. Toentrepreneurial enterprises, how to survive in the fierce market competition, is also ahotspot in current researches. However, from the angle of business model innovationstudy does not see more, ignoring the characteristics of entrepreneurial enterprisesdirectly to use the business model of mature companies, might bring to enterprisecrisis. Therefore, the purpose of this study is through the theoretical analysis indifferent stages of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial enterprises business modelanalysis and the choice of the Angle of innovation, thus refine business modelinnovation path, key elements, methods and specific implementation, and by kai-fulee’s innovation works as a case for application.Firstly, the definition of entrepreneurship, business model and role and types areintroduced, then two kinds of mature entrepreneurial process in the academic theoryand the theory of three types of business model innovation is analyzed, which laid afoundation for later research. Then analyzed the characteristics of the entrepreneurialenterprises, differs from the existing mature enterprise, puts forward the entrepreneurial enterprise business model based on the theory of the process ofevolution, and distinguish the tangible products and intangible service two types ofentrepreneurial enterprise business model present situation and the problem thatdeserves attention. Then the paper focus on the entrepreneurial enterprise businessmodel innovation, the efficiency of the business model on all stages includingsubdivision level evaluation and corresponding innovation point, using the theory ofvalue chain to construct the entrepreneurial enterprise business model innovation pathmodel,"structural elements-industry value chain" model, put forward theentrepreneurial enterprise business model innovation path, and use the method of casestudy provides a case example.The research results show that the existing business model innovation path model aremainly based on the business model of structural elements based on the theory of thevalue chain business model innovation path and business model innovation path:entrepreneurial enterprises can from the customer value proposition, resources andcapacity, profit model and industrial value chain of business model innovation withfour dimensions respectively, and use three different innovation path: customer valueinnovation, value chain and value network innovation.To sum up, in this paper, combining with the case, analyzes the problem of businessmodel innovation of the entrepreneurial enterprises by innovation path selection ofprocess theory to guide the entrepreneurial firm growth, to meet the various stages ofthe entrepreneurial enterprises business model to build, to provide certain referencefunction.
