The Research On Shouguang In Participating Blue Economic Zone Of Shandong Peninsula Construction

Now, normally coastal states in the world take seas under their sovereign jurisdiction as blue lands and implement exploitation and utilization as well as protection accordingly, marching to oceans and deep-sea; The development of blue economy has become a worldwide trend. In the early of January,2011, the State Council of the People's Republic of China official approved "Development Planning of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic", it is the first approved national development strategy in the starting year of The 12th Five-year Plan, and the first regional development strategy by taking Oceanic economy as theme in China.The approval and implementation of The Planning becomes an important constituent of national oceanic development strategy and regional harmonious development strategy.The city of Shouguang as the important part of Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula construction,becomes the part of the lively and potential regional.Based on the regional economic theory, this paper will analyze the facing advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in Shouguang under the background of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone construction; and then offer initial countermeasures and Suggestions to Shouguang in being a leading force in this rare opportunity of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic development. Mainly through SWOT method, this paper analyzes Shouguang's advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in participating Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, emphatically analyzes the advantage of Shouguang in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic development, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of development blue economy in Shouguang:1.Optimize Space Development Pattern; 2.Give Priority to the Develop Advanced Manufacturing Industry, mainly including consolidate existing industry strengths, powerfully advance modern industrial Marine fine chemical industry and actively cultivate strategic emerging industries; 3.
