Construct Our Country Banking Off-site Supervision Information System For Research

Currently,the banking of our country has entered a rapid development stage,and the asset scale,institutional type,branche quantity and business variety all increase rapidly. The rapid development of banking industry has given birth to corresponding financial risks,and it has become an urgent assignment for banking supervision to monitor,identify and measure the corresponding risks accurately and promptly,which aims to against and dispose of risks effectively. One essential and effective method of realizing the supervision requirements is to construct the off-site banking supervision information system,assisted with the appliance of the IT technology,in order to standardize the colletion of data, deal with data efficiently and form the quota of risk supervision. In accordance with the supervision idea emphasizing risks, this thesis researched the establishments of banking supervision information system both in hardware and software, focusing on the basic requirements of monitor, idetify and measure all kinds of banking risks.The first part of this thesis is the introduction, manily expounding the the research background, the concept of banking information system and the purpose and importance of the research,summarizing the innovations and deficiency of the thesis. The second part is referring to the establishments of the banking supervision information system of the major developed countries and summarizing the importance of the referrance.The third part is discussing and summarizing the situation and existing problems of the off-site banking supervision information system in our country. The fourth part design the contents and functional of the off-site banking supervision information system. The hardware part is expounded from the view of the establishment of network, data base, data collection system and security guarantee system,while the software part is from the view of the design of quota system of supervision reporting forms. The two parts constitute the main framework of banking supervision information system. The fifth part expounds the construction situation of off-site banking supervision information system, and gives improvement suggestions.
