Improving employee engagement leads to the improvement of company performance. Facing the telecom market opening and triple play, employees'needs, motivation and other psychology feelings also change drastically. And employees'psychological feelings will directly affect their behavior, thus affecting the development of enterprises. For telecom operators, it is significant necessary to know their employees'psychological feelings and then take appropriate leadership and management measures to enhance management effectiveness. Based on the human resource management, this paper studied the employee engagement. Through summarizing the leadership theory and the organizational support theory, this paper adopted social exchange theory to analyze the relationship between leadership, perceived organizational support and employee engagement. Meanwhile, the paper discussed the telecom operators, especially the transformational leaderships'function on employee engagement and put forward a theoretic model as well as some hypotheses including transformational leadership, perceived organizational support and employee engagement.This paper referred to authority scales for transformation leadership, perceived organizational support and employee engagement and conducted a survey including Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Yancheng, Suqian, Zhengzhou, Jiangxi and some other telecom operators. This study analyzed the data of the survey with SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 17.0, applying correlation analysis, variance analysis, reliability analysis, availability analysis and structural educational model in the study. Using vigor, oblation and absorb as employee engagement; Using recognition and respect as perceived organizational support; Meanwhile using morale, vision consider and charisma as transformation leadership. The result demonstrated the impact mechanisms of transformational leadership on employees'work engagement through perceived organizational support. At the end, the paper drew some limitations and proposals for enhancing employee engagement in telecom operators are put forward.
