In 2010, the automotive production and sales volume of China both overtook 18 million, which made China the world's automotive production and sales superpower. Auto service began to play a more and more important role in automotive industry. Research on the automobile service performance evaluation systems in supply chain environment and integrating automotive service industry based on supply chain management had important theoretical and practical significance to found the banding, large-scale, professional and standardized auto service supply chain network.Based on the research on the automotive service model and characteristics of domestic and foreign, a manufacturer-core automotive service network model was proposed and analyzed. The model had exclusive cooperation, large range network and closely relationship, but there were still some defects on comprehensive service, regional network coverage, and service costs. Meanwhile, the network model about servicer-core in automotive service supply chain was proposed, which provode flexible organization way and strong compatibility. In this model, large service providers integrated automobile manufacturers and other automobile service enterprises or institutions in a certain region to establish a regional supply chain network. So, servicer-core automotive service network mode is more suitable for the automotive service market at present.The common supply chain performance evaluation model and method were described. After analysis on substances, features and principles of the automotive services supply chain performance evaluation, a multi-level model automotive service performance evaluation model was established. The model was divided into three interrelated levels:the business level, the process level, the learning and development level, respectively used to evaluate business conditions, operating process and development potential of the object. The application of the model was further elaborated.Based on the basic principles and steps of Fuzzy AHP method, a fuzzy AHP evaluation model for automotive supply chain collaboration performance evaluation was established. Taking a 4S store in an auto service group for example, the manufacturer-service companies-customer supply chain collaboration performance was evaluated, and the results obtained were compared with the regional average results. The results show that, the evaluation results basically consistent with the characteristics of the industry. Supply chain collaboration performance result of the object was slightly lower than the regional average. Services of the object had unbalanced development and some indicators had great room for improvement.The principles of BP neural network algorithm were described. Base on BP neural network, an automotive customer service evaluation model was established. The customer service performance about 14 service stations in fourth quarter of 2010 was evaluated and the results show that, the evaluation results consistent with the actual situation and the model is suitable for automotive service supply chain performance evaluation.
