Research On The Selection Model Of Partners In Supply Chain Establishment

With the globalization of economy and the intensification of market competition, traditional model of enterprise management has emerged more and more disadvantages. Under such conditions, supply chain management is more and more highly regarded by researches and enterprises. To establish the supply chain becomes the important access to promotion of enterprise's competitiveness. The selection of the partners is the chief problem of the establishment of the supply chain, which will decide whether the supply chain management is successful or not.This dissertation chooses the selection of supply chain partners as study subject. On basis of the establishment of evaluation index system of partners, and using the method of fuzzy evaluation and BP neural network, the author has put forward a model of evaluate and select partners according to two aspects: present status and the future trend. Finally, the selection model is realized by software. This model will supply an effective decision-making support for sole enterprises to evaluate and select partners objectively and comprehensively in the establishment of supply chain. The main results of the research are as follows:1.The conceptions of commonness index and characteristic index have been put forward, and an evaluation index system of supply chain partners based on it has been constructed According to the different types and the different position of supply chain partners, the different factors will be stressed in the selecting process of partners. So the evaluation indexes have been divided into commonness index and characteristic index in order to meet the needs of evaluating and selecting different types of supply chain partners in this dissertation.2.The selection model of supply chain partners based on fuzzy evaluation and BP neural network was establishedA selection model of supply chain partners has been put forward, which is based on fuzzy evaluation and BP neural network. This model can embody the fuzziness well in practical decision-making. Meanwhile the model based on the prediction of BP neural network can evaluate the developing trend of the selected enterprise from the dynamic angle, so it has solved the limitation of the traditional method which only concerns the evaluation of present status.3.Using MATLAB software to realize the selection modelThe model has been realized by using MATLAB software, which will facilitate the use of the model in the practice.
