As a growing special entrepreneur group women entrepreneur is playing more and more important role in the world social economic. Female entrepreneur research in developed countries especially the United States and Canada has very widely, the research develop kinds of the new theories and methods, which constitute the main body of the female entrepreneurs research. But the related research is relatively little in the OECD countries and the developing countries, Chinese scholars in the field of the female entrepreneurs research is still at the stage of enlightenment, the current theory foundation couldn’t provide guidance for the company.In the traditional Chinese society, organization and family environment, male entrepreneur has many advantages, but women under the pressure of the dual role can successfully manage an enterprise, showing that female entrepreneurs’ own human capital plays an important role, entrepreneurs is the soul of an enterprise, is the special human capital, is key elements of deciding the business growth, entrepreneurs’ knowledge and ability, social capital, personal qualities to the growth of the enterprise plays an important role. Standing in the height of feminist studies about Chinese women entrepreneurs and the relationship between entrepreneurship and development performance are very few, this paper with female entrepreneurs as the research object, studies the female entrepreneur human capital accumulation and the general rules of its stock and the differences between female and male entrepreneur human capital,then according to the empirical study results female, analysis the relationship between female entrepreneur human capital and entrepreneurship development performance, this for enterprises managed by women to create greater performance has extremely important theoretical significance and practical significance.
