Study On ERP Design And Project Implementation Of L Groups Corporation

With the arrival of the information age and the rapid improvement of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, how to implement the enterprise information successfully become the key to success.As the most advanced enterprise management system, ERP not only showcases to perfection the most advanced enterprise management theory, but also provides the best solution for enterprise information integration, and the number of enterprises who are in favor of ERP has been on the increase, and how to design an appropriate ERP system becomes an important task. However, the high rate failure of implementation plagued enterprise. In order to make the most use of available resources and get the maximize economic efficiency of enterprises, ERP take a unified management on the cash flow, logistics and the information flow in enterprises, thus it becomes the main tool to pursue the strategy of sustainable development.The developing trend of Management by Project is gradually changing the way of the organization's management, according to implementation by project, the organization will make the goal more explicit, more structured process of achieving goals, the process control becomes more scientific, and more effective communication between members. Thus, implementing the ERP project with project management has emerged and attracted more and more attention.Using the method of analyzing the process of ERP design and project implementation, this thesis focuses on how to implement the ERP fully and effectively with the project management and takes L Groups Corporation for an example, including design and project management of process control, and a method was proposed to the problem encountered.The thesis is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the research background, research status, the main content and structure of the thesis. ChapterⅡsummarizes the theory of ERP and knowledge of management by project. The third chapter is the Requirement Analyze of the L Groups Corporation ERP project. Chapter IV is System design of the L Groups Corporation ERP system. Chapter V is the implementation process of L Groups Corporation ERP project. The results of this research proposed a new idea of implement the ERP with the method of management by project, which has some reference value to large-scale groups Corporation.
