Research And Application On Funds Payment Model In S Group Of Multi-Project Management

Nowadays, with the rapid development of project management, multi project management has become a normal mode in group enterprises. S group's multi project fund management is shown by operating the "node payment system" in the funds internal payment, as aimed at carrying out effective operation of funds central management, program risk controlling, and member companies' evaluation. However, the result is beyond the expectation. How to conduct a rational funds payment management under multi project environment is a highly focused problem that needs to be resolved urgently in S group.This paper analyses and summarizes the existing problems on the payment of funds, establishes corresponding evaluation index systems against different pay nodes, defines the the weight of each index by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build the single project fund payment mode, then assesses the fund payment node to make decisions about whether funding node is paid. At the same time, consider the constraint of funds, we establish multi project fund payment mode and make intergrated decision by 0-1 integer programming. By using the above two new payment modes in current node, we get the mode payment decision. Compared with the previous decision, the new mode is approved to be reasonable and effectiveness. The result of this mode supplies effective help to the group's current month funds payment policy decision.This study provides a theoretical basis and reference management mode of funds internal payment in S group or a similar group.
