With the improved environmental regulations and intensified market competition, bus companies are faced with the challenges of the co-coordinated development of production and environment, they do not only need to carry out "green management" and provide green products service, but also need to recycle and deal with their waste, minimize the pollution of the environment, so as to improve the availability of resources. However in practice, the reverse logistics management in bus company were often exclude in business strategy, bus company only focus on the positive logistics operation and development, neglect of reverse logistics management and implementation, this cause the waste of resource and destroy the ecological environment and make certain economic losses to the bus company itself.Currently, bus companies are regarded as public good who provide public services, are having very little earning and even having losses; many enterprises start to look for new ways to reduce cost and increase earning. Therefore, at proper handling with the enterprise's produced waste in aiming to fulfill society's obligation, reverse logistic management has been pushed to a higher level. More and more enterprises are hoping to implement reverse logistic management efficiently, so that will protect the environment, reduce operating cost, increase earning, improve enterprise's reputation and customer service quality, result in improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. For that reason, this essay has analyzed the bus company's logistic management model; according to reverse logistics' theory and method, and upon using real analysis on the bus company, so as to enhance the bus company's knowledge in reverse logistic. Then, deeply explore our national bus company's reverse logistics' current condition and enforcement factors; further emphasize our national bus company's need of implementing the reverse logistic. After researching and comparing the three models of the bus company's reverse logistic and further analyzed bus company's factors in choosing its model; these factors include investment amount, cost, earning potential, management style and implementation technique. In combing the factors above and using AHP in choosing the best mode of operation for the bus company's reverse logistic implementation, with study cases put into the analysis, explore its reasons of decision. This essay gives some suggestions to the obstacles facing the implementation process of reverse logistic in the bus company.
