Construction industry plays an important role in social and economic development,in these years with the rapid development of the construction industry, on the one hand led to the rapid social and economic development, it also caused a series of environmental pollution and waste of resources and other issues. Especially in the process of urbanization, the construction of new urban renewal development and other large construction projects ongoing activity, resulting in a large number of construction wastes, construction waste and extensive, no longer suited to today’s sustainable development and recycling economy concepts. Therefore, from the point of view of construction enterprise management of construction waste, the use of reverse logistics approach to construction waste, not only in line with contemporary ecological management philosophy, but also for construction companies to change production practices have important practical significance.Thesis on the theory of construction waste combing compare relevant way domestic and foreign construction waste disposal, construction waste derived our existing model is still very simple and extensive, which is the status quo of resources,population and other social had a tremendous contradiction; learn from manufacturing thought and theory about reverse logistics, combined with the characteristics of the construction industry, analyzes the construction industry reverse logistics involved in the relationship between the body, from the point of view of construction enterprises,self-built,associates and outsourcing reverse logistics three operational modes,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes; the use of the Balanced Scorecard method for the construction enterprises from the financial, customer, businessprocess, and learning to build on the four dimensions of growth reverse logistics operational mode selection index system; using multi-attribute decision analysis thinking, the establishment of a selection of TOPSIS model based on triangular fuzzy numbers, the model with triangular fuzzy numbers scoring more objectively reflect the different views of experts; Finally the applicability and effectiveness of the model is verified by example, for the construction enterprises in the reverse logistics operational mode is built and choose to provide the reference.
