Resources are the foundation of enterprise survival and development, as well as a basic unit which are defined in the Basic Resource Theory of Enterprise. based on this, In the construction business, we must concern the reasonable match and the efficient use of resources, which play a very important role in achieve the development projects aim, how to match the resources reasonably is an important issue of the project management. Based on the model of this paper, resource matching model are established by the improvement of considering the actual project process homework to the intensity of the continuous and situation of resources variable.Nowadays, large scale and technology increasingly complex, high investment, consumption resource type numerous are the features of construction engineering, which make it hard to manage the resources reasonably, how to match the various resources of the construction engineering reasonable is one of the most important issues in project management field, which is also the inevitable means and requirements to realize the aim of the project., the paper based on the basic theory of corporate resources, by studying the traditional resource matching model, makes an improvement of the traditional resources matching method, using the methods of the AHP, genetic algorithms, software of Matlab to solve the related cases in the paper. The main research contents include:1, The paper uses the basic theory of enterprise resources as the guide, classifies the enterprise resources by the angle of social networks, emphasizes the basic position of the construction enterprise resource, combined with engineering project management theory and the theory of optimal allocation of resources, points out the importance and necessity of matching resources rationally. 2,The construction project resources matching principle, characteristics, objectives and constraint conditions of traditional problems are analyzed, it also points out that the traditional model is in the limitations of the actual engineering construction.3,There are three basically methods to realize the main resource matching approach in the actual process of project construction, the first method to realize the different resource allocation and effective management is adjusting the assignments of the start time, the second method is adjusting the homework in different period situation in order to allocate resources to achieve the whole duration resources as far as possible when matching equilibrium, the third method by adjusting the intensity of homework is adapted, we can meet the rational matching resources situation by the reduction of non-critical lines strength within the scope of prolong time. Based on this, the paper attempts to improve the traditional resources matching model.4,This paper establishes resource matching models of variable situation of the discontinuous Homework and resource strength variable ,based on the existing theories, by considering the actual project process.The dimensionless variables such as homework discontinuous rate, the floating labour rate and the discontinuous sustained rate are introduced in the resource matching model of continuous operation, the logical relationship between each work is taken into account by these dimensionless variables, which give an convenient to the optimization of the model as well as avoiding the not practicable solution in solving the situation. This model also can be compatible with homework not discontinuous status, it's good for actual engineering situation of application. Similar to the discontinuous homework , The resources of variable model allocated the resources reasonably by extending the operation period to reduce the intensity of resource, the logical relationship between each work is considered in the model ,and the introduction of the dimensionless variables such as the postponed rate, the floating labour rate give a convenient and a feasible solution of the model. The model is compatible with the status of strength indeclinable of resources, it's applicable for the actual construction.In addition, through the qualitative research on the limit risk of homework time, we must obligate corresponding time in the arrangements project work in order to prevent the risk of time. 5, an example for solving the two kinds of models in this paper is compared and analyzed by using genetic algorithm, the experimental results show that this model is improved efficacy and applicability.
