The rapid development of information technology and network technology provide powerful technical support to integrate and allocate manufacturing resources effectively, so that manufacturing enterprises can take advantage of superior resources and response to market demand rapidl y to global economic competition. It plays an important strategic significance for enterprises to win the market competition. To compensate for the lack of resources management and make it possible to integrate and share the manufacturing resources rapidly and effectively, collaborative manufacturing emerged. In collaborative manufacturing environment, business processes are generally cross-organizational and collaborative tasks can be completed by the interaction between the workflows, but dependencies amo ng resources as a constraint, is more difficult to ensure that it meets resistance. So that it is more important to build resource-service sequences meeting dependencies for the entire business process, and it can make contribution to provide a favorable b asis for improving the efficiency or effectiveness of resource schedule, resource recommendation, resource combination. Therefore, in this paper, by analyzing dependencies of resources, as well as interaction characteristics in workflows, for the resource conflict that may exist among the selected resources, this paper studies the detection of resource dependencies conflict and the construction of resource-service sequence without resource dependencies conflict. The main research works are as follows:(1) The modeling method for Resource-Service Sequence Model. On the basis of the workflow model, analyzing the characteristics and nature of manufacturing resources to the entire life cycle of resources services in collaborative manufacturing, studying the relationship of the timing sequence of resource-service by analyzing the timing sequence of tasks, we propose a kind model of Resource-Service Sequence as well as a modeling method for it.(2) Dependency conflict detection method for Resource-Service Chain. By means of analyzing the resource dependencies in collaborative manufacturing environment, study resource dependencies conflict existing in cross-organizational workflows. For Resource-Service Chain which is formed by Resource-Service timing relationship, this paper proposes the resource dependency conflict detection framework for Resource-Service Chain and constructs the corresponding resource dependencies conflict detection algorithms.(3) Building Resource-Service Chain based on genetic algorithm. The problem of construction of Resource-Service Chains without resource dependencies conflict can be transformed into multi-objective optimization. Therefore, this paper takes advantage of genetic algorithm which has nothing to do with the problem areas, heuri stic, easy to solve the multi-objective optimization problem to construct a large number of Resource-Service Chains without resource dependencies conflict.Finally, apply the proposed technology and methods to cloud manufacturing service platform for medium and small enterprises, and take advantage of practical applications to v erify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed technology and method.
