Begin with the second part, I mainly write about the thought of the 4 people in Song Dynasty. 4 people is :Li Gou, Wang Anshi, Chen Liang and Ye Shi. I first write the time background about the thought of utilitarianism and economic justice in Song Dynasty. And then, I talk about the reason caused this thought appeared. Secondly, I write about the economic justice part of the utilitarianism. This is the important part of this paper. Thirdly, I compared with that 4 people's thought, and write the similarities and differences between them. Then I write about their thoughts'advancement and limitations. Finally, I analysis their thoughts'significance and influence to nowadays.
