Our country's State-owned business is leading force of our country market economy whose operating condition influences to economical quality and social development. The research indicated: State-owned business's operating condition has the direct relation with State-owned business operator's business capacity. Establishing better State-owned business operator's incentive mechanism is advantageous to the operators enhance diligently horizontal. At present, the research on operator's reward incentive mechanism is also one of field research hot spots.This paper first elaborated the research background , the significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, article mentality, innovation as well as insufficient spot. Then the concrete introduced drive theory's related content as well as our country State-owned business operator's drive history process, discussed the kinds of short-term behaviors and the questions our country State-owned business operator's salary mechanism exist at present. As our country's State-owned business operator's duty is the multi-duty present situation, this paper improved the classics based on the prestige single duty dynamic drive model. Has established based on prestige our country State-owned business operator multi-duty condition the dynamic incentive mechanism model, and the drive reward coefficient and operator's level diligently have carried on the further analysis. This article finally gave what should be paid attention to the question, based on prestige our country State-owned business operator dynamic incentive mechanism superiority and the practice.This article under the multi-duty's principal-agent model's pattern, has studied the dynamic incentive mechanism to our country State-owned business operator's drive effect.
