Car Parts Manufacturing Company Risk Identification And Control

Along with the society development, car business is growing up very fast. As car consumption’s fast growth, the car parts manufacturing also develops very fast. According to the statistical information of China association of automobile manufacturers (CAAM), there are thousands of transmission manufacture factories in China mainland, but because of the one-sided pursuit of profit, almost no factory builds up relatively mature rule of risk management, also the investment of risk control is very limited. Over 90%or above, the factories don’t have the EHS department, so the entire car parts manufacturing factories especially the private enterprises don’t have their risk management system, all kinds of personal injury accidents happen during the production.This paper is based on the FIAT DDCT project, theoretical analysis and benchmarking research methods are used to identify the risk of material/production process/production facilities/factory arrangement. Control measures also made by the risk identification.Through this research, risks are identified and relative control measures are made. The research results can be used by the Manufacturing & Processing Machinery to reduce the happening of injury accidents to make sure the safety production.
