So, As a member of industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui, He county need to seize opportunity and play functions of international trade on industr-ialization, only then can have a stand place in future's competition. During Eleventh Five-Year Period, export trade is major in He county's foreign trade, which maintains growth. Its total quantity of trade has kept the first position from 2005 in Chaohu, and kept the first position in utilizing foreign capital for three years up to 2010. However, there are some significant defects in international trade. For instance, the technique content of export products were low, technology-intensive products were missed, the high-new technology was not high, industry structure was inconsistent with strategy industrial development of our country, foreign trade goods failed to highlight their advantages and characteristics, operation ability existed some significant defects in all enterprises especially foreign trade enterprises, and infrastructure has got behind. These problems also made foreign trade unable to display stimulative effect on industrialization. Based on the above questions, use the experience of other areas' successful experience in industrialization for reference. Finaly, based on international trade perspective, it suggests that it should strengthen the promotion function of foreign trade to development of economy, enhance the service-type governmental functions, use anti-gradient-propelled developing strategy, develop cyclic economy and reinforce the personnel training of foreign trade enterprises and carry out brand strategy, to promote the development of foreign trade enterprises and accelerate industrialization development of He County.
