Foreign Direct Investment Risk Prevention And Control Countermeasures

Since 1979,the first foreign investment into China,has been more than thirty years,foreign investment has become an indispensable part of China's economic development.After the entry of foreign capital,China has provided funds and technology and rich management experience,for China's economic development has played a role in the booster.Yantai took the lead in opening up to the outside world,with the rapid economic development,which is inseparable from the promotion of foreign investment.However,foreign investment in promoting the economy at the same time,the risks are gradually exposed,such as industrial control,environmental pollution,ecological destruction,etc.,so the identification of risk,prevention and control of risk is a priority.Therefore,I chose the foreign direct investment risk prevention and control measures as the research topic.In this paper,using the research methods of qualitative analysis and statistical analysis,using data analysis,description of the status of foreign direct investment in Yantai City,the reason of risk analysis of foreign direct investment in the process,in order to advance,in the matter,after the analysis of Yantai city foreign direct investment from the perspective of the whole process of the prevention and control of risk prevention and control.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This paper discusses the purpose and significance of foreign direct investment risk prevention and control,research status at home and abroad and the research perspective of this paper.The domestic and foreign scholars have carried on the detailed argumentation to the foreign capital risk.The second part is about the concept,characteristics and classification of foreign direct investment.The concept,characteristics and classification of risk,which are the theoretical basis of risk analysis.Through the analysis,the risk of foreign direct investment is summarized as:the possibility of adverse consequences in the process of setting up enterprises in the host country.The characteristics of foreign direct investment risk are summarized,and finally,the risk is divided into different categories according to the size,nature,time and responsibility.The third part:the present situation and risk analysis of the foreign direct investment in Yantai.Collect a large amount of data to analyze the present situation of foreign direct investment in Yantai,and draw the conclusion that the risk of foreign direct investment in Yantai.According to the process of the development of things,before,during,after the whole process of Yantai foreign direct investment risk analysis.The fourth part:the foreign experience of foreign direct investment and Its Enlightenment to china.Select the developed countries,China's close economic countries,similar to the three major economies,the use of foreign countries to understand the practice,summed up the experience and practice of china.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve the risk prevention and control of foreign direct investment in Yantai.This chapter is also engaged in before,during and after the whole process of the combination of foreign experience,corresponding to the third chapter before,during and after the risk,obtained for the suggestion of Yantai foreign direct investment risk prevention and control.
