Study On The New Materials Transition Of Enterprise Cluster In Xiangtan Zhubu Port

New Material Port in Xiangtan Bamboo Industrial Park is located in Yuetang District of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, that is to say it is located downstream of the Xiangjiang River in Xiangtan City, and the upstream in Changsha City. It is the refined chemical industrial zone of Xiangtan City which had been identified one of the 14 for the priority development of refined chemical industry base in the 1980s.It was approved as the transformation of new materials for the country and the one of the four demonstration zones of industrial base in Hunan Xiangtan City in 2000 by the National Science and Technology ,so it has become the new key material industry production area of Xiangtan .Given the characteristics of industrial development and historical reasons, the park is currently trapped in a development dilemma which character with "high energy consumption, heavy pollution and small-scale enterprises, and enterprises with low" . Expanding on surf a new development space has become a must be thinking of problem that how to adjust the new industrial structure as the springboard to let park enterprise success "turned" in the tide of market economy. The paper bases the study on industrial ecological theory of the domestic and foreign enterprise cluster transformation; through in-depth field investigation research, combining bamboo port of new material industry park development history and current situation , selecting one method from three alternatives that compare two standard which are status of recycling economy and ecological services and in the basic of this putting forward to new materials bamboo port transformation of enterprise clusters, namely gradually upgrade scheme, construction second industry , development of the third industry, driving upgrade and realizing industrial park of establishing "two model" industry system. and striving to make new material industry park of bamboo port construction become "changzhutan modern service industry gathered ecological industrial park", "changzhutan two type of industrial typical demonstration area", then, this thesis proposes bamboo port new material transformation of enterprise clusters's development strategies, It is mainly from two aspects to explore that are how to develop circular economy and ecological services, and developing circular economy coping strategy include: the release of reducing pollution reduction principle, using recycled principle resource investment spending ; increase utilization efficiency, using the principles of efficiency to improve resources available .The development of ecological services strategies are: constructing the modern logistics, emphasizing on the development of life sexual services program. Finally, this paper discusses the new materials, bamboo port of enterprise clusters transformation of the security measures, such as, perfecting for infrastructure construction; providing park enterprise some preferential terms, etc. In practical sense, through this thesis researches, finding new materials bamboo port of enterprise clusters development problem provide ideas for similar behind industrial enterprises cluster. In theory, this essay attempts to explain the bamboo port new materials industry transformation of enterprise clusters , exploring the way and path in chemical enterprise clusters single transition ways of enterprise.
