| The resource-based industries are the mainstay of the economy of Guizhou. Ithas made tremendous contributions to the development of Guizhou’s economy, but thedevelopment of resource-based industries. it also brings many problems, but the mostprominent environmental issues. Especially in Guizhou as a typical ecologicallyfragile areas, the environment vulnerable to outside interference, and once they aredamaged it is difficult to be restored. Under such circumstances, Guizhouresource-based industries facing a dilemma: to continue to use the advantage of theresource-based industries in Guizhou, the rapid development of economy; in order toprotect the environment, and give up resource-based industries. How to solve thisproblem becomes the main topic of the resource-based industries. Industrial clusters,circular economy and industrial ecology in industrial development is currently morepopular. Efficient and economic benefits to the industry cluster, but ignore theecological benefits; circular economy is more emphasis on eco-efficiency, andtherefore may result in low economic efficiency; industrial ecology from theperspective of systems theory, to mimic the natural ecosystem, build the industrialecosystem, substances in closed loop, both eco-efficiency, but also to ensureeconomic efficiency. Thus, industrial ecology is to crack an effective organizationalmodel of the resource-based industries dilemma in Guizhou.The main path of industrial ecology, including: intravenous industrial path, thepath of industrial ecology park, regional product exchange paths and the recyclingindustry cluster. These four paths has its own pros and cons: The development of thevein industry to scale based; the obvious advantages of the industrial eco-park, iscurrently the most popular industrial ecology in the path; the smooth progress of theregional by-product exchange on the one hand transportation infrastructure facilitiesas a guarantee, but also is relatively unstable, vulnerable to the impact of the externalenvironment; recycling industry cluster is a more advanced ecological path, althoughit has just begun, is the result of the development of industrial clusters and circulareconomy, coupled, with efficient economic and ecological benefits.
