The Study On Supervision And Control Of Logistics Service Supply Chain Quality

As deeply studying and practicing of logistics, logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is the academic focus, which will encounter the unprecedented development opportunity. LSSC is a dynamic network, which core enterprise is logistics service integrator. LSSC is a new supply chain , which basic structure is functional logistics service providerâ†'logistics service integratorâ†'customer. The main purpose of LSSC is to provide the flexible logistics service to the customer by the integration of resources.As the rapid development of logistics service supply chain, the importance of logistics service quality evaluation, monitoring and coordination has become increasingly emerging. Many researchers have done a lot of works, which mainly focus on the product supply chain, while the focus of LSSC quality management is qualitative analysis,such as game theory, contract theory, principal-agent theory. In consequence, this paper discusses the following issues, such as the quality evaluation, quality control and coordination of LSSC from the perspective of logistics service integrator. It'll not only improve the quality of LSSC but also have practical significance for LSSC. By summarizing related literature, this paper selects the indicators of quality evaluation, which include qualitative indictors and quantitative indictors. This paper evaluates the quality of LSSC by applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the theory of entropy. This method makes the evaluation more reasonable. The main contents and key achievements are as follows:Firstly, we introduced the research background and reviewed the literature to construct the research frame.Secondly, illustrate the theory of LSSC. After introducing the concepts of service supply chain, the similarities and differences between service supply chain and product supply chain, the forming reason of LSSC was given. Then frame, characteristic and essence of LSSC were discussed.Thirdly, based on the analysis and preparation of previous paper, established the quality evaluation index and the method of evaluating the quality of LSSC. After establishing the principles of quality evaluation index, specific quality evaluation index of LSSC was given, then illustrated the method of evaluating the quality of LSSC. This method adopted the AHP and the theory of entropy. In the process of determining the index weight, we determined the objective index weight by the theory of entropy, and then fitted the objective index weight and the subjective index weight. This method can overcome the shortcomings of the AHP. Case study method was used lastly.Finally, how to supervise and control the LSSC by logistics service integrator was given. After analyzing the factors that affect the acquisition of information data, we gave the suggestions. And then the strategies of how to supervise and control LSSC were illustrated.
