Lean conception that has already been successfully used in the manufacturing industry has brought revolutionary changes. The new model with the combination of lean conception and supply chain management–lean supply chain, which is to save the cost of the entire supply chain and meet customer satisfaction with the rapid speed, so as to enhance competitiveness of supply chain enterprise. To achieve lean supply chain management, first of all, we should ensure the smooth and lean of logistics. Therefore, It has practical significance how to choose suitable logistics supplier for ensuring supply chain's high efficient and competitive.Based on the above-mentioned conditions, the thesis is the construction of index system and evaluation model on the environment of the lean supply chain by studying the manufacturing enterprises. It's to give scientific decisions to select right providers for modern manufacturing enterprises.First of all, the paper expatiated the relevant theory of lean production and lean supply chain, analyzed the advantage of the lean supply chain and elaborated the main role of logistics providers in lean supply chain, then analyzed the analyzed the necessity of logistics outsourcing and building a logistics outsourcing decision-making process model for enterprises. Secondly, the paper constitutes supplier-selection index system for lean supply chain on the basis of reviewing the supplier-selection indexes of the lean supply chain and the selecting indexes of the Third Party Logistics. Then it analyzed logistics suppliers with considering the subjective objective weight, and set up the evaluating model of the logistics-supplier-selection with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. Finally, to demonstrated the feasibility of this model,the paper applied it to an enterprise to select its best logistics supplier as a case. It can offer enterprise some reference about choosing appropriate supplier logistics. |
