With the rapid development of the modern logistics in the context of global, China's logistics industry is still at the fast initial stage. As the main artery of national economy and an important part of modern logistics system Rail transport is also exploring the integration of models and strategies of modern logistics.This paper described the logistics, third party logistics, SWOT analysis, the basic theory of performance evaluation. Based on the context of domestic logistics environment, we analyzes the current situation of China Logistics Industry and discusses its strategy to develop modern logistics and methods.
