Nowadays, the fierce competition in the market degree fiercer, which has led to increased year by year, large quantities of talents turnover enterprises realized the importance of talent solicit and stability, gradually begin to pay attention to brand shaping of the employer. Employer brand is positioned in the labor market, it has set the best image of the workplace in a business potential, current and former employees. Employer brand includes external branding and internal branding. First, external employers brand is the enterprise molded high-quality image for potential employees group, the purpose is to promote this kind of crowd to this enterprise the will to work; Internal employers brand is for internal on-the-job employees shape organization brand image, it shows the relationship between employers with employee not only limited sign labor contract relationship, but also embodied in enterprise for on-the-job employees personality traits and pursuit and establish career development planning approach. The good employer brand can win the commitment of internal staff; improve the wishes of the former employees, attracting good employees to back. In addition, pay attention to brand shaping the employer can still improve enterprise's products, services and social responsibility's positive image.In this paper, we combine the Economics and Management and other disciplines, research on the corporate employer brand evaluation system, the industry noted that a clear employer brand evaluation system to enhance their competitive advantage. In real life, the employer brand has not been to attach any importance to the question; we want to make a little guidance to enable enterprises to truly play with Chinese characteristic role as the economic development path.This paper is based on the knowledge of Management, Strategic management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Statistics and other aspects of knowledge, use of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative methods, analysis of the employer brand in enhancing corporate competitive advantage, give the employer brand evaluation method, in order to enhance their competitive advantage for enterprises. In this paper, we advance evaluate the value of the employer brand thought; put forward internal employer brand and external employer brand evaluation model. Employer brand equity value of quantitative evaluation method of exploration will help build brand value of Chinese enterprises list of employers. The final assessment of the employer brand is designed to help Chinese companies find that the key factor in good employers, to find their own business problems.
