The Comparative Study On The Development Of Frontier Trade Between Xinjiang Province And Yunnan Province

China is known for her massive land, with 22800 km of land boundaries, nine provinces and autonomous regions respectively along with 15 countries, accounting for the national land in the area 21.2% and the national population 61.7%, But owing to historical, natural factors influence, frontier area economic development level is lower than the coastal areas ,And the trend has continued to widening. border areas peculiar advantage of location and resources superiority didn't get sufficient play in the economic development process .Implement border area opening strategy, accelerate the development of border trade, is the breakthrough of development of inland border area economy ,But to the benefet of the whole country's economic and social development and co-prosperity of all nationalities in ChinaXinjiang and Yunnan is China's important frontier province, and the same for the border trade province, the strategic position is very important. In recent years, two provinces border trade obtained very big development, the economy of border areas has played an important role in driving. But it is undeniable that two provinces in the fast development of border trade, there are many problems which has been to a certain extent to restricting its owndevelopment.In view of the importance of border trade in our border areas, By comparing the border trade case of two provinces of Yunnan and xinjiang ,and to study the frontier trade fields related issues of xinjiangThis can not only help to accelerate the economic development of xinjiang, but also maintain social stability, and realizing economic sustainable development in xinjiang and harmonious development of the regional economy and the needs of all-round construction of well-off society.Based on reference the research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad, in view of the insufficiency in research, in the following aspects of the innovation: first is compared the two provinces of Yunnan and Xinjiang about the development situation of border trade. Second is more quantitative analysis method used in this paper , research on Yunnan border trade with the history and present situation deeply, with strong empirical analysis. By study and analysis this paper we try to solve the three problems: the first is to have a clear understanding about border trade development conditions, environment and history of Xinjiang and Yunnan .second is through comparative analysis to study present situation of border trade development in Xinjiang and the Yunnan provinces. Third, in the new international economic situation, in view of the problems existing in xinjiang frontier trade development,use for reference the domestic and international border trade development experience .Put the ideas forward to the frontier trade development of Xinjiang.
