Enterprise Human Capital has great value as a human capital, it contains many characters, such as Scarcity, Initiative, Hidden nature, Appropriability. The pricing of enterprise human capital has its particularity, compare with their efforts and contributions, there are many people get the inappropriate reward. This dissertation is based on the sort and analysis of research results from domestic and overseas, under the premise of the basic assumptions and theories, it have done the research about the pricing of domestic enterprise human capital. This study has been tried to reveal the regularity of the internal development of things. And the relevant theory has always been the basis for the guide.The basic mean to Encourage enterprise talents to take their full human capital and to maximize creative new value, is based on a logical pricing for these kind of human capitals, and the essence of pricing is about a series of pricing arrangement. Based on the problem and influencing factor of the current human capital pricing analysis, this dissertation has analyzes the annual salary and stock options pricing system, and that should be build a logical system arrangement by the different situations. Finally, with consideration of domestic national condition, the author has proposed the countermeasure and recommendation for consummating the pricing system of Enterprise Human Capital, and has provided the theory basis the development and stability of enterprise, and then to facilitate the enterprise keep developing healthily and steadily.
