Entrepreneurial human capital, as one kind of human capital, is of tremendous value. It has many characteristics such as scarce, initiative, and the integrity of property rights etc. Entrepreneurs'contribution can be divided into historical contribution and current contribution. For the western enterprises, entrepreneurs generally sign a contract with the board of directors, their contribution are paid as "pay parcel", one of the consolidated income model, that is to say their contributions are reasonably "priced". However, the entrepreneurial human capital pricing is unique in our country. Moreover, although creating immense wealth for enterprises and the state, a large number of Chinese entrepreneurs receive limited rewards because of the policy environment, and their rewards are not commensurate with the contribution they made, of course, more and more "59-year-old phenomenon" is emerging in China. To promote the entrepreneurial spirit, the entrepreneurs'contribution should be assessed, which should be served as an important content of entrepreneurial human capital pricing.Based on the domestic and international research which have been sorted and analyzed by the author, the paper regards the basic assumptions and the basis of the theory as the research premise, and does some preliminary studies about the entrepreneurial human capital pricing. Relevant theories are always guiding the research throughout the paper. It is supposed to reveal internal development pattern of pricing. Specific research methods as Empirical Analysis and Standardized Analysis are involved and used in the whole paper.The fundamental means to incentive entrepreneurs to take full advantage of their human capital to create new maximum value is reasonable pricing, and the essence of pricing is a series of profit arrangement. Based on the analysis of China's current practical problems about entrepreneurial human capital pricing, the author establishes the pricing system such as EVA and stock options pricing model. And the author suggests that in order to give entrepreneurs reasonable institutional arrangements the pricing system should be based on the different conditions, and foster the establishment of inspiring entrepreneurial human capital pricing. Finally, according to the concrete conditions in our country, the author advances the perfect entrepreneurial human capital pricing mechanism, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development and stability of enterprise reform. Only this can our enterprises have a healthy and sustained development.
