The farming resources are the agricultural production foundation resources, simultaneously is also the land resource important component. This article in the massive collection material and above on-the-spot investigation foundation, researching the dynamic mechanism and agricultural structure in Taojiang from the county territory criterion utilization system analysis method and the principal components analysis method, find out the main factors that impacting of changes in Taojiang farmland optimized the county farmland use structure, ensured the organic fertilizer of land when exploited the productive potential of arable land to achieve the sustainable use of cultivated land. It provides the case for the different area's farming structural change research. As an undeveloped area, in addition, the result will provide reference for structural optimization of many similar areas. There is important theoretical significance.Results of this study include:Taojiang has uneven distribution arable land, mainly in the plain mound, and in the low mountains are relatively small.5 towns' cultivated land that Wutan, Luci du, Santang jie, Dali gang, and Shiniu jiang is 64.87% of the total farmland area. Based on the link of socio-economic indicators and cultivated land, this paper selected 9 impact factors from 2001 to 2010:the population GDP, fixed asset investment, on-agricultural population, food production, the proportion of tertiary industry, per GDP and industrial output. By principal component analysis and systems methodology, established 3 common factors that influenced Taojiang land use dynamic change through using of SPSS software for data processing. Use of above research study on Taojiang, it abstained that economic development, population growth and urbanization are the main reasons leading to the cultivated land decreasing. Through measures, Taojiang can address land decreasing problem through that taking farmland into the city ecosystem, isolating the basic farmland as urban green belt, mosaic distribution of urban settlements reasonable allocation of land agricultural land space replacement and so on.
