Study On Wireless Network Optimization Of Project Cost Management Improvement

Project Management Institute considered the project cost management was to control the actual cost of the project within budget by the three process of the cost estimates, budgeting, and control. This paper used the Guangdong YT wireless network optimization project cost management as a research object. And used the project management theory with practice, combing with flexible application of industry characteristics, and identified the deficiencies of project cost management. A improvement measures for Guangdong company was proposed, that is the company should improve cost management organization system, and build the project responsibility cost management system to improve the effectiveness of project cost management assessment and evaluation system. A whole process, dynamic and comprehensive cost management was discussed by the mean time. Here the whole process means the initiation stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage, the monitoring stage and the closure stage of the project. Dynamic management is a real-time management while compare to some stages of the project when they need to be accounted. A comprehensive management focus on the elements like the quality, the safety, the schedule into account, not only consider the cost. In this paper, we concluded a cost management which fit to wireless network optimization project management.
