In 2008 another telecom restructuring happened in China, China Unicom sold CDMA mobile networks to China Telecom, China Railcom into China Mobile, China Unicom, China Netcom into the reorganization. After the formation of the country,China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom become three integrated telecom operators. In the comprehensive, full-operations situation, competition focus on third generation mobile communication (3G) competition, which marks China has entered the 3G area, the times require operators to 3G users personalized, content relevance and interoperating mobile Internet business, its business scope will cover the information, entertainment, travel and personal information management.In this environment, the birth of the colors to show business, is a streaming media-based information services and innovative mobile Internet services, it will become alternative to the significant business.In this paper, Jiangxi Telecom was able to carry out colorful business, how to conduct the marketing of Colorful to show business were carried out to analyze, research and discussion. Thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the background, meaning, content and methods; second chapter introduces the colorful to significant concepts and characteristics of the business; third chapter focuses on the internal and external environment in the Jiangxi Telecom Analysis; fourth chapter analyzes the development of Jiangxi Telecom Colorful to significant industrial chain and business models; the fifth chapter of how to develop colorful Jiangxi Telecom to significantly expand the marketing of the business; the sixth chapter concludes.
