| In order to implement the spirit of China Telecom and China Communications Services Corporation Limited about constructing Logistics System, we should establish a Collaborative logistics operation mode controlled by Jiangxi Telecom in Jiangxi Province where Jiang Tong Service Logistics Branch is considered as the main operation, study and explore the arrangement for Jiangxi Telecom Regional Distribution Center, achieve warehouse centralization and distribution integration; make the main industry of both sides improve operational efficiency and rapid response capability and Strategic operational capability, and maximize the benefits of the main Industrial Group.which refer to the significance of both present and future.In this essay, using basic theory and method of regional distribution center location; considering the actual situation about the present development of centralized warehousing and distribution business and future requirements of improvement, we discuss the proper redistribution, structure of Warehouse material, distribution mode and routes in Jiangxi Telecom regional distribution center and the coverage of every Regional Central warehouse on the premise of effectively saving the cost of management control and improving the response speed of customer needs, For the former implementation of the Jiangxi Telecom’s regional distribution preparation. |
