It has been more than ten years that booming development of Chinese Internet companies.From 1995, Jack Ma founded the first Internet business company "Chinese Yellow Pages" to HiChina of hosting application class company started domain name registration in 1996,and then in 2009 we can see Facebook, Google, Tencent, Baidu, Alibaba blend in with each other on the field of game development business, and then Hundred Regiments in 2010 and in 2011 the people Apple fashion, Jingdong C financing round of 1.5 billion U.S. dollars, and ChinaRen will start IPO and so on. It is never a lack of legendary wealth of the Internet and it is developing at an alarming rate. Looking back, endured the Internet bubble, precipitation, rise, coupled with changes in mode, which controls profit model. That situation in the whole story of these networks into the real Internet companies by a group of employees whom granted one after another, it is also the accumulation and the outbreak of these forces in order to continue to promote the long-term development of the Internet era and alternating with them changes driven.The most important is talent in a company.How to make the employees continue to grow and eventually become the pillars of the enterprise will lead to a topic is:the staff career development planning and business use of personnel. In this process, the company hopes to make the best use, and the staffs hope to create business value but also can realize their own value, and can be happy and have fun every day of work happiness. How to harmonize both A and B is long-term goal must be clear organization and talent development path.
