With the rapid development of the Internet industry, a lot of small Internet companies created, and the competition between thecompaniesbecomes more and more fierce.How small Internet companiescan survive and develop facingmany disadvantage factors, such as,capitalshortage, small-scale, pressure to survive?The staffwork efficiency is very important, and human resource has become the staffs core competitiveness, so theprocess that human resource is developed and used, will just be the decisive factors for companiesto obtain sustainable competitive. Therefore, all of the small Internet companiesmust face how to keep improving the ability of staff and the level of staff motivation management and the staff motivation.In this paper, the research content is that the status of the small Internet companiesstaff motivation is investigated according to Two Factors Theory, and the causes for their management problem about staff motivation is analyzed, and a whole solution including improvement measures from two factors, motivator factor and hygiene factor, is provided.Next, the verification effect of the solution in S company is evaluated. In short, this paper’s research findings can provide some references for improving staff motivation inthe small Internet enterprises.
