Purpose:The employee satisfaction survey, one of the most important tools for human resource management, can effectively reflect the existence of organizations in the daily management of a variety of problems, and provide a reference for enhancing the management of ideas, help enterprises to improve operational performance. This study started from the grass roots employee satisfaction surveys, employee satisfaction and its hope of influencing factors, for operators to enhance the management capabilities, promoting communication skills, and so forth.Design/methodology/approach:In this study,2300 questionnaires were issued to the employees of Shijiazhuang Mobile and 1300 copies were returned, of which 1285 were valid questionnaires. The return rate of the survey was 56%. A factor analysis used to extract the influence factors of employee satisfaction, Based on the analysis,a cluster analysis was used to classify the subjects for satisfaction survey through the SPSS statistical analysis software.Findings:(1)the work itself satisfaction, performance feedback, compensation and benefits, teamwork, management effectiveness, communication and coordination, training and development, innovation, both directly in charge of the management of a positive impact on employee satisfaction.(2) overall satisfaction, and paper employees in the corporate loyalty and employee satisfaction positively correlated at all levels.(3) personal factors have significant impact on employee satisfaction.Practical implications:The findings suggest that study:optimization pay system, employees pay the dispatch system and the labor contract system of staff remuneration system of the further integration of the variable pay to fixed pay will be decoupled from changes in pay outstanding performance in the leading position. Integrated at all levels of management personnel to enhance the quality of management, especially the performance of innovation, performance communication, performance counseling and employee career development plans and the comprehensive application of the theory of ability levels.Research limitations/implications:(1) study was limited to one company, no trans-regional or regional competitors in the same comparative study between some of the conclusions drawn therefore does not have universal, so some level of employee satisfaction, such as pay and benefits, etc. also needs further study.(2) The 4-point scale questionnaire method of questionnaire survey of employees. Is designed to eliminate the interference of intermediate factors, but the level of small segments of the follow-up makes it difficult, many places still need to improve through interviews, and interviews with limited scope, the findings also had a certain impact.(3) The questionnaire design in question, all the way to have not set multiple choice and open-ended questions the depth of excavation for the analysis of employee satisfaction factors caused difficulties.
