F Branch of China Mobile is a young group that 82% of all the staff are 80s. Most of them are in the frontline key posts of management, operation and technology. They play an irreplaceable role in the process of corporation development.80s are the valuable human resources to promote the enterprise innovation development. It has an important function and meaning for enterprises to strengthen the management of human resources and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises by concerning and studying the satisfaction of 80s" employee.This research is guided by related theories of the employee satisfaction, taking the 80s employee of F Branch of China Mobile as a research subject, and by the ways of the questionnaires, spot field and interviewing. I survey and analysis the satisfaction of 80s employee of F branch of China Mobile comprehensively, then test the running effects on the satisfaction of 80s employee of F branch of China Mobile, and then find the main existing problems of the 80s' employee. On the basic of the above, I summarize the advanced experience of the the satisfaction of 80s employee of F branch of China Mobile,and then put forward proposals to further improve for the enterprise, and finally promote the construction of corporate culture of F Mobile, the corporation will have a sustainable development.
