Local government has more opportunity near to their local residents, know their demands, well from some parts, it will be better for disposing the natural resources for better economic development.The economic was developing, it can't deny, but that's can't say the local government always has the positive affection, just because the action of local government's development was controlled by many elements, such as policy, economic, person, that leads the fault behavior conversely stop the developing of economic.
